I suspect my sales suck

Back in The Stone Age there were hundreds of listings of me on the web. Most were good things, though a few identified me as a lousy bastard.

Things have changed.

I recently did a search with Google and found more than 42,800 references on an E Easley. That was more than 30,000 listings I’d ever seen though them.

It WAS different.

Google has less than 100 on me.

My search is always for Ed, Edward, or E.D. Easley. I’m not an athlete or constructor. A surprising number of listings go for a central American Life Insurance salesman.

Hundreds of other listings are always cut because there is an Ed Easley baseball player in Yakima, Wash. I was raised in Yakima. Sorry, I don’t and haven’t played baseball.

There also a southern America governor…

Sorry, I probably wouldn’t do well with politicians down there. I know because I spent three years in Oklahoma.

Oklahoma sucks by the way. If you disagree, feel free to write about it here.

I knew about these guys and always eliminated them.

I did find some things I hadn’t ever seen, let me share them.

Books for free:

That’s an ancient listing by the way. They don’t give me away any more. I ain’t free – at least with them.

This company and I had a contract on ALL my books. I’m free now, even though I had this silly thought I’d get paid. I wrote them, and will probably let you know what they say down the line.

You can by some books from me at:

Those guys have lousy sales on the e-books they handle for me. Even so, I can blame them for the low salesfolks.

There has been an incredible salesplace that sells my books. If you don’t look at any other listings check this out:

I have never done anything about cars… outside of covering accidents when I started work as a journalist. I’ll note I’ve never received a dime from these folks, and I’ll find out why.

Finally I found one site that was incredible:

I’d love to hear if you’ve had a major change in your Google listings. At least they cut some awful ones on mine.
